Conditions:
- Maximum 2 persons (no pets).
- MAFF Studio is a non-smoking apartment.
- Check-in time is 2 PM or later.
- Check-out time is until 11 AM.
- MAFF Studio has a shoe free policy, we'll provide you with beautiful MAFF terry cloth slippers.
- Any damage to, or removal of, goods will be recovered from the tenant.
- Parking in the garage is at the owner’s risk.
- MAFF Studio can’t be held responsible for theft.
- We'll consider your reservation during 4 days as an unique option.
- Your reservation will be final on receipt of your advance payment.
- After 4 days we'll feel free to take other options.
- Advance payment up to 7 nights is 100%, more nights 50%, or long term rental in consultation.
- Advanced payment is possible by bank transfer and you can also pay through PayPal.The rates are including VAT and Tourist Tax.
Cancellation policy:
With only 2 apartments the impact is high, in case a confirmed booking is cancelled and our clients fail to inform us.
We are not responsible for bad weather, illnesses, changes in travel plans, travel delays, etc.
We recommend you to take out a policy on cancellation insurance, to avoid difficulties.
We ask your understanding for our cancellation policy:
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival:
100% refund of advanced payment. - Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival:
30% refund of the whole stay. - Cancellation 14 to 7 days before arrival:
10% refund of the whole stay. - Cancellation 7 days before arrival: no refund.
You can only cancel by Email or phone and this is only valid when MAFF Studio confirms the cancellation by mail. In this way we know for certain that your mail has arrived and phone call has been answered.
